Registration for Summer Fun and Adventure Camp will begin on Tuesday, April 23rd for City of Fairfield residents and Thursday, April 25th for non-residents.
Registration for all other Summer programs will begin on Tuesday, April 30th for City of Fairfield residents and Thursday, May 2nd for non-residents.
All fees must be paid at time of registration. Cash, check, and Visa/MasterCard will be accepted.
A charge of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks.
A Resident is defined as an individual living within the city limits or an individual working within the city limits and having City of Fairfield income tax withheld.
Walk-in registration for programs is held at the Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department Office inside the Fairfield Community Arts Center located at 411 Wessel Drive. Registration may be made Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Registration Form (PDF).
Phone-in registration for programs may be made Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Register by calling (513) 867-5348. Please have all registration information ready when you call. Payment method is by Visa or MasterCard.
Mail-in registration for programs may be made by completing registration form and mailing payment to the Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department, 411 Wessel Drive. Fees for programs must be paid at the time of registration. Please do not send cash in the mail. Make checks payable to: City of Fairfield. If the program requested is full, the individual will be notified and placed on a waiting list. As openings become available, the program will be filled from the waiting list.
The Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, combine, or divide programs; to change time, date or location of programs; and to change instructor assignment.
Full refunds will be issued when the Fairfield Parks and Recreations Department cancels the program. Refunds will not be given if requested less than 7 days prior to the start of the program. All refunds that are granted will be assessed a $5.00 Administrative Processing Fee. Program transfers or changes will also be assessed a $5.00 Administrative Processing Fee, unless initiated by the Parks and Recreation Department. If payment was made by cash or check, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive refund.
The Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to photograph program participants for publicity purposes. These photos are for city use only and may be used in future promotional materials without prior consent or expectation of compensation.
