In order to submit an on-line request, you will need to provide your email address and the report number that was supplied by the reporting officer (PD-00-000000). If you do not have the report number, you will need to provide the name of the person listed on the report, the date the report was filed, and the location of the incident. Requests with incomplete information cannot be processed. Complete the form below and click the Submit button to send your request to the Fairfield Police Department.
Your report will be sent to your email address in an Adobe PDF format. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, go to Adobe to download the latest version. Your request should be fulfilled by the next business day. Due to the approval process, reports are normally ready for public distribution three business days from the date the report was taken.
