Lt. Ken Gerold – Commander, Operations Division

Lt. Gerold oversees the Uniformed Patrol Section, the park rangers, and the animal control officers. He is also responsible for the training and accreditation functions.

Lt. Gerold was promoted in January, 2008. He began is police career as a police officer in 1988, and was promoted to Sergeant in 1998. He has previously served as Commander, Support Services Division.

Lt. Gerold attended the University of Cincinnati and is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.
