Complete the Emergency Contact FormThe Fairfield Police Department maintains a business directory that includes a listing of all employees of local businesses with information on how to contact them in case of an emergency. Local businesspersons should stop by the Fairfield Police Department, located in the Fairfield Justice Center at 5230 Pleasant Ave. to update their entry in the directory if they have not done so recently. Upon request, the police will send an emergency contact form to local businesses for completion. All information supplied to the police for the directory will be used only for official police business and will be held strictly confidential.
