Dave has administrative and managerial responsibilities for an American Public Works Association (APWA) accredited Public Works agency consisting of Construction Services, Engineering, Fleet Maintenance and Street Divisions.

Background:

Dave began his career in Public Works in 1982 with the City of Forest Park.  Prior to joining the City of Fairfield, Dave had also worked for the Village of Glendale and most recently the City of Springdale where he held the position of Superintendent of Public Works.

Dave holds a Master of Public Administration degree and Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Technology Construction and an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Technology from Northern Kentucky University.  He also holds degrees of Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Construction and Civil Engineering Surveying from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.

Dave is a member of the American Public Works Association, Street Maintenance and Sanitation Officials of Ohio, Public Works Officials of Southwest Ohio and the International Society of Arboriculture.

He is also a Certified Arborist.

Personal interests/family:

Dave and his wife Hester have a daughter Melissa who lives in Anderson Twp. with her husband (Derek) and their daughters Lillian and Claire.

Dave enjoys genealogy, motorcycle riding and traveling.
