The Public Works Department provides repair services for curb and gutter, potholes and sunken roadway areas. When possible, temporary repairs will be made, followed by permanent repairs as soon as possible. Report a Needed Repair
Street maintenance or repair needs including potholes, crack sealing and other problems which may be dangerous to pedestrians or vehicles should be reported to the Street Division through the online form below or at 513-867-4235 or 513-867-4212 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Personally identifiable information requested below is not required to submit a repair, but may be helpful should city employees have additional questions.
After hours, you may leave a message on the Public Works Department's voice mail at 513-867-4200. Messages will be reviewed and acted upon by city personnel the following business day.
After 5 p.m. and on weekends or holidays, emergency situations should be reported to the Fairfield Police Department at 513-829-8201.
Persons reporting requests for services should provide the name, address, telephone number and location of requested repair and as much detailed information as possible concerning the problem.
