Set up Water, Sewer and Trash Service


Water and sewer services for Fairfield homeowners and renters are provided by the City of Fairfield. Trash services is provided through a city contract with Rumpke.

Establishing Residential Service
Homeowners who wish to establish service with the City of Fairfield for residential water, sewer and trash services must complete and sign an application.

Once completed, the applicant must print and sign the document and bring it to the Utility Billing and Collection office. A photo I.D. will be required.

Establishing Service for Rental Units
Residents who wish to establish service for rented units must also complete and sign an application for services.

Once completed, the applicant must print and sign the document and bring it to the Utility Billing and Collection office. Renters will be asked to provide photo I.D., a copy of their lease agreement and a $125 deposit.

Amounts due for water, sewer and trash services will appear on one bill.
