Director - Dave Crouch
Dave is responsible for the Public Utilities Department, which provides public sewer and water service to businesses and households in the City of Fairfield.

Public Utilities Superintendent – Water Division – Andreas Eddy 
Andy directs the operation and maintenance of the Water Treatment Plant and Distribution System, assuring delivery of safe drinking water with adequate water pressure and flow for our Fire Department to fight fires.

Public Utilities Superintendent - Wastewater - Drew Young
Drew manages the staff of the City’s Wastewater Division.
