If you are interested in volunteering, we have opportunities for you. People volunteer for a variety of reasons. Some volunteer to gain job experience, some to learn new skills, some to be with other people, and some to feel useful and needed. RASKALS - November 2, 2013
Have you ever wanted to get involved in your community, but didn’t know how? RASKALS, Random Acts of Simple Kindness Affecting Local Seniors, is a program that not only allows you to help out our local Senior Citizens, but helps get you out and about in our community. We are looking for several individuals or groups to make our next event a huge success. A volunteer form will be available on this page soon, or call the Volunteer Office at (513) 867-5348.
Working with our Children’s program with such programs as the Summer Children’s Theater, SMART club (art program), Little Naturalists, Friday Field Trips
Getting involved with seasonal events for our Parks and Recreation Department, such as the Easter Egg Hunt, Pumpkin Patch, Holly Days, Father / Daughter Dance, Mother / Son Dance
Working with Senior Citizens by volunteering in our Senior Lounge
Ushering for our Theater in the Community Arts Center
Delivering interdepartmental mail for the City
