High intensity, low-impact workout set to music with a focus on toning. Some weight training and floor work. Pair this with REFIT class for a great combo of cardio and strength.

A power-packed hour filled with cardio dance movements, strength training, and stretching. Ages 10-15 welcome with enrolled adult.

INDOOR CYCLING
