Traffic Impact Studies for commercial development in the vicinity of Seward and Tylersville have shown the need for increased capacity at the signalized intersection. The City and the Developer's consultant have recommended a roundabout design to address capacity issues well as speed and traffic calming concerns due to the proximity of the adjacent residential area.
This project will be jointly funded by the City, Fairfield Township, and the Developer of the adjacent commercial property.
