Payment Options
All due dates are arranged to fall on Wednesdays. Whether your bill is due the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Wednesday of the month depends upon the location of your property within the City. Due dates will never fall on weekends or holidays.
Online Payments
City of Fairfield utility bills may be paid online by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, bank debit card, or eCheck. The online payment service is free. CLICK HERE TO PAY ONLINE
Pay-by-Text or AutoPay
City of Fairfield residents may register their account online to utilize Pay-by-Text or AutoPay options. In order to register your account, you will need your Customer ID, which is located on your bill.

Payments by Phone
Pay over the phone with the City's 24 hour-a-day automated phone payment system. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Bank debit cards and eChecks are also accepted. Call (513)867-5370 and select Option #1 to utilize this service.
Mail Payments
The Utility Billing and Collection Office uses a payment processing service provided by First Financial Bank. If you choose to mail your payment, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your payment to be posted to your account. Payments may be mailed to:

24-Hour Payment Depository
A depository box allows residents to drop their payment off at the Billing and Collections Office 24 hours-a-day. The box is located on the south side of the Municipal Building. Payments from the depository will be posted the next business day. Note: cash payments by depository are not recommended.

Please feel free to drop payments off in person during regular business hours (8 a.m. until 5 p.m.) at the Fairfield Municipal Building.
