Heidi supervises all arts and programs for the Parks and Recreation Department, including the day-to-day operations and activities at the Fairfield Community Arts Center (FCAC). She develops the budget, makes long-range plans, supervises marketing and publicity, manages fundraising and grant efforts, curates the art gallery, oversees rentals, and provides supervision for the artistic direction of the programming at the FCAC.

Heidi is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) through the National Parks and Recreation Association, as well as a member of NRPA and the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association. She is also a member of the Ohio Arts Professionals Network and a past board member.

Before moving to Ohio in 2005, Heidi was the Managing Director at the Pensacola Little Theatre / Pensacola Cultural Center in her hometown of Pensacola, Florida. She earned a bachelors degree from the University of West Florida and a Master's of Fine Art in Directing from the University of Hawaii. Heidi is Certified in Arts Management through the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She has numerous community awards for directing, acting, costume design, and set design, including recent awards from the Ohio Community Theatre Association and ACT Cincinnati in both acting and directing.

Heidi is active in the Fairfield community. She is a Past President for the Rotary Club of Fairfield and currently serves as Secretary. She also serves the Rotary District 6670 as an Assistant Governor. Heidi is the current Treasurer of Fairfield Footlighters Community Theatre and is a past board member of the Hamilton-Fairfield Symphony Orchestra. She is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Fairfield. 

She received a quarterly STAR Award in 2008 for her work with Fairfield High School drama.

Heidi and her husband, Robert, live in Fairfield and have 1 son, Evan Matthew.
