Please note: if you purchased a ticket using the old online platform, the good news is that you can use either the original ticket you received at time of purchase, or you can use the tickets that are in your new Kaizen account, which has been created for you using your email address. You may receive an email to access / set-up your Kaizen account, or you can go here, select ‘log in’ then ‘forgot password’ and follow instructions to set up your account. In your account you will find your tickets.
