   The Fairfield Police Department allows citizens to obtain electronic copies of police reports. If you do not have the report number supplied to you by the reporting officer, you will need to provide the name of the person listed on the report, the date the report was filed, and the location of the incident. Your report will be sent to your email address as an Adobe PDF file.
   
   

   Your request should be fulfilled within 3-5 business days after records receives the report.  Be aware that it normally takes 3-5 business days after the report is taken before the report is ready for public distribution. If you have any questions, contact the Records Section at 513-867-6011.
