Application Process
Please fill out the Application for Fire Hydrant Meter Rental, upload a copy of your Certificate of Insurance, and sign the Fire Hydrant Rental Agreement. The application will be reviewed by the Water Plant and Fire Department. Once the application is approved, the meter can be paid for and picked up at the Utility Billing Office in the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
Policies & Procedures
Upon returning the meter, an inspection will occur outside. The meter should be returned clean and in its original condition to the Utility Billing Office in the Fairfield Municipal Building.
