    Complete the information below if you need to stop utility services at one Fairfield property, and start utility services at another Fairfield property that you will be renting.

  3. PART 1: STOP SERVICE AT YOUR PREVIOUS PROPERTY

  4. ATTENTION:

    Service at your new property will not be granted if the property that you are moving out of has a past-due balance. Please pay any past-due balances before submitting this request.

    If you choose a date that is on a weekend or a holiday, your final reading will be scheduled the following business day.

  8. A deposit of $125.00 is required for all non-owner accounts. You must submit a new deposit for your new property. (A deposit from an old property cannot be moved to a new property.)

  16. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

    You may receive an email that states that your utility request has been submitted for review. This email IS NOT confirmation that your request is complete.

  17. If we have any questions or need more information, a representative of the Fairfield Utility Billing Office will contact you by phone or email.

  18. After all information has been collected and processed, you will receive an email confirming that your utility transfer request has been completed. This confirmation email will also provide answers to common questions regarding your new Fairfield utilities account.
