Chris Rossi, Golf Operations Manager

Chris joined Fairfield Greens in 2023, bringing years of experience working in the golf industry. He is a Fairfield High School alum and a graduate of Wright State University, where he was named to the First Team all-Horizon League in his senior season.

Fun Fact: Chris hit his first ace using a 6 iron on the 186 yard 7th tee at South Trace. 

Phil Cannon, Pro Shop Supervisor - South Trace Golf Course

Phil grew up in the English Woods and Madisonville communities of Cincinnati, attending Withrow High School and the University of Cincinnati. He spent his career in law enforcement, starting as a Corrections Officer with the City of Cincinnati, then as a Police Officer for the Forest Park Police Department. He held various roles over 43 years before retiring as their Chief of Police. Phil is an avid sports enthusiast and started working at Fairfield Greens in 2018 to stay active while being involved in a sport he truly loves. He is married and has three children and four grandchildren.

Joe Siebenburgen, Pro Shop Supervisor - North Trace Golf Course

A graduate of Roger Bacon High School, Joe retired from the insurance industry after 43 years and started as a Fairfield Greens cart attendant in 2008. Over the years, Joe has gained experience and training in concessions, banquets, and outings at both South Trace and North Trace golf courses, leading eventually to his current position of Pro Shop Supervisor at North Trace Golf Course.
