Self-Defense Class Logo


Hosted by the Fairfield Police Department, this dynamic self-defense class is designed to help you take control of your personal safety while building inner strength, self-confidence, and community. It offers practical, hands-on training in awareness, assertiveness, and proven self-defense techniques — no prior experience necessary.

Registration is free and open to any individual who lives, works, or goes to school in Fairfield. Spots are limited and are filled on a “first come, first served” basis. Additional sessions will be offered in the future.
