Scholarship opportunities are available to give residents of all ages the opportunity to participate in programs at the Fairfield Community Arts Center. Under the program, 50% matching scholarships are available through the Megan Filipek Scholarship Fund, established in memory of former lifeguard and clerk Megan Filipek.
