Programs and Activities for Adults 55 and better

The Senior Lounge at the Fairfield Community Arts Center on Wessel Drive is always open to adults 55 years and better, Monday through Friday, from 8 am – 5 pm and Saturday mornings from 9 am - noon.

The City of Fairfield Parks and Recreation Department has something for everyone age 55 and older. Look no further to meet new people, stay in shape, explore different places, and learn new skills.

Parking spaces are located outside the Senior Lounge in the west parking lot allowing for easier accessibility to the lounge.

Inclement Weather Policy

If Fairfield City Schools close due to inclement weather, all Leader-Directed Classes and Programs will be cancelled for the day. The CAC will remain open and Self-Directed Activities will occur as planned at your discretion.
