We have been made aware today that, due to a mistake by the vendor that prepares the mailing, some of this month's bills include a return envelope that has an incorrect address.
If you received a return envelope in your billing statement with this incorrect return address, please do not use this envelope to mail your payment. The correct address to mail payment:
Fairfield Utilities, PO Box 94883, Cleveland, Ohio 44101-4883
You may also drop your payment off at the Utility Billing Office or 24-hour depository box at the Municipal Building, or pay by phone or online. Click here for details about these options.
