Our goal is to make your registration process as smooth as possible. We offer three convenient ways to get signed up for classes, programs and everything else we offer. • Walk-in and phone registrations will be available 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-1pm Saturday. 
• A charge of $25 will be assessed on all returned checks.
• A "resident" is defined as an individual living within the city limits or an individual working within the city limits and having City of Fairfield income tax withheld.

How to access Kaizen if you are currently registered for a program or theater show: 

1. Visit explore.fairfieldoh.gov.
2. Click Log In in the upper right corner.
3. Enter the email address from the email you received.
4. Click Reset Password and follow the prompts to create a new password. 
   
   Once your password has been reset and you’ve logged in, you can verify your information and program registrations.

Check Your Current Registrations

1. Log into your account at explore.fairfieldoh.gov.
2. Click the account icon in the upper right corner and select My Account from the dropdown menu.
3. In the left column, click Programs. 
   All current registrations for you and members of your household are listed here.

Review or Update Household Members

1. In the same left menu, click Household.
   All household members currently registered for a program appear here.
2. To add additional members, click + New Member in the upper right corner, enter their details, and click Save.

How to access Kaizen if you are not currently registered for a program: 

• Visit explore.fairfieldoh.gov.
• Click the blue Create an account button in the upper right.
  • On the pop-up, enter your email address and create a password. Click the blue Create account button.
  • After creating your account, click the blue Customize My Account button.
  • Fill in your personal information and complete each section in the blue box.
• Once you've created your account, you are able to register for programs online.
