How the Service Works

• Officers will conduct exterior checks of your property which typically include observing doors, windows, and other visible access points for signs of forced entry or suspicious activity.
• If an issue is discovered, officers will attempt to contact you or your designated emergency contact.
• In the event of a crime or emergency, appropriate action will be taken.

Vacation Home Checks are conducted as a courtesy service and are dependent upon officer availability and emergency call volume.

Prior to departing, we recommend taking the following precautions to help secure your home:

• Ensure all doors, windows, garages, and sheds are securely locked.
