Bypass 4 Widening - State Route 4 to Symmes Road
The project will construct an improved intersection at Route 4 and By-Pass 4, a new Diversion Road between Route 4 and By-Pass 4, add a new bridge over the CSXT railroad, widen the By-Pass from 2 to 4 lanes, and make improvements along Port Union Road.

As one of the busiest and most accident-prone intersections in the City, the Holden Boulevard / South Gilmore Road / Route 4 Intersection Improvement Project's aim is to improve both the flow of traffic and the safety of those entering the intersection.

As part of a continuing series of grants from FEMA and the Ohio Public Works Commission, the City is currently acquiring and demolishing flood prone homes in an effort to mitigate damage caused by periodic flooding. The acquired property is then permanently left as open space.

Seward Road Culvert Extension (SLM 2.32)
The Seward Road Culvert Extension project will include the extension of the west side of the culvert near the Miami-Erie Canal Bike Path Trailhead on Seward Road.

Symmes Road & Seward Road Improvements
The Symmes Road and Seward Road Improvements project is a widening, repair, and resurfacing project. An interlaying material, new surface course, thermoplastic pavement markings, and raised pavement markers will be installed the length of the work limits.

Vinnedge Avenue Vicinity Road Improvements
The 700 and 800 blocks of Vinnedge Avenue, the 700 and 800 blocks of Walter Avenue, the 4700 block of Anthony Wayne Avenue, and the 4700 and 4800 blocks of Fairfield Avenue will have complete curb replacement and drive apron reconstruction.
